Dally: No matter what I think about the death knight incident, I never said your attitude an an IMM was wrong. I'm with exceptions to rules some of the times but there's one thing you mention that didn't sit too well with me. The fact that you were looking for someone to make the concept reality. Let me phraze it in a simple, kinda blunt but honest way;
I wanted more than anything to play a Death Hellion. You didn't ask me about it. You didn't ask player Joe or Jack either.
That's my only problem. I called it OOC connections because.. well hell, it -was- that! If we knew each other and talked and stuff, I might have been the one to play that hellion. Or any of the many players who'd love to.
PS: And the God/mortal interaction stuff goes, I agree with you even more. IMMs -should- interact more with Mortals, at least within their faith, and not necessarily the highest ranking ones, but anyone, and those who they believe to be most devout. Yes, the "Exception" trait that promoted creativity in SKs is a thing I miss myself. With some decent supervising, it'd do the MUD a lot of good.
