Alchemists would be the shizzle. Especially if they were anything like Edward Elric or Roy Mustang.

That could actually be really, really hot. Have a skill to pull weapons out of your arm? I could dig that. Although, I never understood those gigantic metal spears he pulled out of the dirt.

I really do like the idea of a wizard/witch, but I have a strange feeling that it just won't fly. Shapeshifter would have a little bit of grounding, especially with shamans and barbs.

And yes, pulling a sword out of your armpit hair would be 1337.

From my perspective, the problem with the shapeshifter class is we that already have a a shapeshifter: sorcs with polymorph.

Granted, you could do something with more limited forms, and more HP and skills in those forms - but then you start getting a barbarian.

I grant shapeshifting is a fun idea, but I don't think a class centered around it works with what we have.

Many classes share abilities. Control/Charm/Dominate as an example. That is *NOT* a reason to not impliment an idea. The reason why it would fail is because it's difficult to balance it, but wild shapes do have a great potential if used properly and balanced.
