Isn't hold person only supposed to last for one tick?

It depends, sometimes it's one tick, sometimes it's 2 or 3.

hold person needs to be removed from the ayamoan enforcers. They already spam holy word, spear of faith, and flamestrike. Hold person is just rediculous for them.

When did they get hold person? Even with it, they still suck. Trip, bash, etc. . .will take care of them.

Yes, but they don't have any players, so they need obscene NPCs.

Cannibal, I have to disagree. They're not unstoppable, even with H.P. You just have a much harder time soloing them, now.

Now, if they'd just bring our MC guards up to par. :wink:

The enforcers were always a joke and now that they are fixed you want them nerfed? Cannibal you used to need 4 min to drain our account and now you just need 4 pc. Maybe less. They don't have reach weapons, e-damage, rescue, fury, cleave, wild fighting, etc etc like the rest bounty NPCs. They have to have something. And this is spells. And they are centaurs. Full of weaknesses. As for the midnight guards, they start with cleave and then they spam pretty nifty spells such as deafness, cause dmg spells, blindness, hellfire and more that I can't remember now. Ayamao's, empire's and I think Taslamar's bounty hunters are as strong as they should be.

Blindness actually takes care of them from a hellion. Hell, I can do it with a shaman who can't bash either(I won't waste my mana on SH) and my melee output is far less than that of a hellion.

Only thing that needs to be done is either give ALL bounty NPCs full suits of MR(like taslamaran templars) or give none.
