But that's the point Finney. Even if he had put his [REDACTED] down and spent 40 hours enchanting his gear to get 60 MP and had shield up, he would still get owned by a single magma spell. But I guess you want to play arcade-SK as someone mentioned, insert coin, login, get rez, PK, logout.
PS: A sorc blinding the warlock? LOL. Color spray has a save as far as I know to prevent blindness affect, not to mention simply enough MP can nullify it anyway(white msg = no blindness ever).
I really am tired of your crying and whining. Have you even fought a warlock since the change to magma spray on your priest? Oh wait, that's right, you'd have to leave Kol's Moot to do that.
The point is that a sorcerer should not be getting hit by magma spray, since they have several ways to avoid it. They can use color spray to blind the warlock, they have mirror image which will stop three or four magmas (depending on luck), and they also have pets that can dirt kick and wield a stone skin breaking polearm or spear.
On top of all that, they could go ethereal too, either by spell, scroll or wand. Once ethereal, they can dispel the elemental and then have their pet gank the warlock. If the warlock goes ethereal too, the sorcerer is still at an advantage. Color spray to blind, petrify, etc. The mirror images should give you enough time to try a few options.
Worst case scenario, go ethereal and run away. However, a sorc has more than enough tools to beat a warlock. Listening to you theory craft about pkill is laughable. Go back to spamming locate object, please, and leave the pkill theory to people that actually *gasp* pkill.
