 Post subject: Sanctuary.

ANY aggressive action needs to break sanctuary. Scrolls, brandishing, wands, ordering an aggressive action maybe? Holy word, if it damages someone should break sanctuary too.

This is not a matter of coding but a matter of scripting. If you see an item that initiates attack while not breaking sanc then bug-log it.
