 Post subject: Witnesses/Glancing Info Table

Since I've read this has been proposed and denied multiple times, I'll quote that out.

You informed the Judge so noone can report the offender. Other NPCs
however,might go there and report the crime, to clear their memory, but the
Judge will shoo them away as he informs them.

Since the outlaw memory has the offender still there, if the captain believes
that the one who was immune did something that crosses the line, he can
remove the immunity and report him.

EDIT:
2nd idea
To have the witnesses to be able to give you a full report
of what happened, "By storing what they saw in their memory"
Reporting who was in that room except the offender, and what
spells/skills were used.

That would require that in the outlaw list table, the reporter's name is mentioned as well.

EDIT2:
3rd idea.
Glancing someone that is in a group, would give you an info table of that group, with certain things hidden (invis,hide,out of the room members,mana,pe)

1. Its just not going to happen.
2. This idea needs more work. There was talk of adding more information to the outlaw system.
3. Seems like a lot of work. Maybe it could be a new skill for one class.

If nothing else, glance should give you the target's group formation matrix.

I bet Grep's look alias is so complicated because she automatically uses glance on everybody in the room, then somehow rearanges the words so it makes more sense to her!

Basically, I am watching everyone else and integrating their best practices. My secondary goal is to wrap some of these into more easily-used tools that help close the gap between the casual and competitive player in terms of the amount of information able to be reacted to in the MUD.
