When Achernar starts trying to make balance changes to the game but ends up having to do them through backwards mechanics that end up doing just as much harm than good because he doesn't actually have access to the game's code, then Dulrik is absent.
Anyone ever tried to defend the Hammer's outer guardian on a spirit steed before, or for that matter, anyone ever tried to defend an inner or outer guardian with anything besides PCs from that cabal in your group? The gas blast/NPC room dispel hits your NPCs and your own guardian rips you a new one. Yay CRS.
Even the most recent change just made it that much easier to grief tribunals by draining accounts while people are offline, which I don't think -anyone- enjoys, because you're either grinding killing a bunch of useless NPCs or you're grinding to farm coin to make people kill a bunch of useless NPCs.
You've really got a misunderstanding of how things work, even if Achernar wanted to do these 10 things, if Dulrik was working on something else it'd be basically a FYF scenario.
Also, even when Dulrik agrees there is a problem, his solution often isn't the same as the rest of the staff. Sometimes the two become closer over time, but even if D was on 24/7 these changes wouldn't be happening at the speed you'd prefer, if they happened at all.
P.S.: I've entered a time warp going back like 5 years with CRS complaining.
