Have at thee, curr!

I'm wondering what all changed about the spell. Polymorph was one of the most broken spells on earth, and lots of revisions were made to it.

I can't remember any intentional changes being made to polymorph for at least a year. Prior to that, I can't remember if we would have done this on purpose, but I doubt it. It's probably a side-effect (probably required) of some fixes that were made on stat modifiers a year or two back.

I'd bet good money that it's been changed in the last five months. Is it at all possible that somehow the server reboot required when the game wasn't saving characters somehow affected polymorph?

I say this because I used to be able to polymorph into elves and get Dynamic charisma, and when I did I would no longer have omniscient intelligence. Now, the opposite is true: Regardless of what race I poly into I retain my original stat maxes. Heck, I can be an omniscient dwarf, but I can't wear enough mods as a dwarf to be considered "hardened." I know that I didn't roll Antiira much more than 5 months ago, let alone get access to and use polymorph until some time later.

It didn't work for mine either, and I had him less than 3 months ago.

Do racial properties still remain? For example, material vulnerabilities and innate magical resistance?

Racial weaknesses and strengths still transfer over correctly as far as I can tell.

Another reason not to play SK. Overpowered sorcerer class where players can pick deep-elf, have all of the benefits and none of the weaknesses.
