 Post subject: Idea to combine guards' outlaw warning

This is what we see now:
Code:
A guard exclaims 'Halt, lawbreaker!'
A guard exclaims 'You shall pay for your crimes!'

Can we please have it similar to:
Code:
A guard exclaims 'Halt, lawbreaker! You shall pay for your crimes!'

Also currently each guard says that once they attempt to initiate yet unable to begin combat for various reasons.

Is it possible to limit that to once every 3 seconds, or one attempt every three, or one guard announces for all guards of that kingdom in that room.

Moved the "Halt, lawbreaker!" to the same line for next update. Also made a little tweak to try to reduce the spam, but can't easily do more. Even though it looks like they are talking and attacking you simultaneously, they aren't. The code that initiates a fight is completely disconnected from the code that initially sets the guard on your trail.

While we're talking about the order they are say it, maybe we should address HOW they say it too?

One would imagine we could add a different message for different kingdoms.

Empire: Halt in the name of the Emperor!
Taslamar: Halt in the name of the Light!
Zhenshi: Halt or I will ask you to halt again!

Obviously we could get more creative here, but I think you get the point.
