In the end, it is probably a good thing that I can't just fly in, check the inn, and leave real quick.

I think that cities should just be no-gate zones all around. Want in? Come through the city gates.

What about Teron? Who really needs to defend this city? It's so godawful huge that it takes forever to travel around without the aerial entrance.

I agree about Teron. No defenders, no protected air space. Please allow gates and aerial entrances!

I suppose I altered Teron to be congruent with the modifications to the other cities. I'm not totally against the aerial entrances, but I will agree that it should allow gates, if and when the rest of the tribunal capitals do lose that option. Maybe it should be a poll...

I think that there should be specific NPCs in each tribunal that can be ordered to sit and sit where told.

This fixes this problem. Removing gates/aerial entrances is just a permanent inconvenience for all that won't fix the problem.

In Exile, there are like 10 weak spots for example. And even if you block all these spots, nothing is stopping someone from cooperating with a non-criminal that will act as gate target.

Having a PC act as a gate target is fine, though. That's RP and that's player interaction. I think we should still have gate targets in the city, but they need to be more like the gates of the city. They should be guarded with posted guards who communicate when lawbreakers gate in.

How about aerial exits though? Why you can't enter through the parapet how about being able to at least leave though it?

Its all about defense, and eventually I imagine the capital cities will not allow magical transportation. Recall yes, gate, teleport, rift, (cabal spell), no. This should be considered a buff to tribunals.
