Stay within the limitations of how many you can set in the room. If your success rates are really bad, try it with one less, and so forth. Catching people in snares seems to have a high success rate, so I'd be against raising the cap on how many you can place if that's what you mean.

Get snare to bypass groups. Then have the lag reduced. Then get makar flagged as a playable race. GG.

Snare allows the scout to set traps in a natural setting that have the
ability to temporarily immobilize the hapless victim. The scout has the
option of setting up to *two snares in a normal room* and as many as eight
snares in a wilderness room

What do you mean by normal room? I cant set any inside a city, so I take it you mean roads?

Room that has vegetation but is not in a wilderness room. For instance, many rooms in Sith are flagged as natural but they aren't a wilderness room.
