It just needs some tweaking downwards. One thing that should be changed is the relative effectiveness of AoN to allow for an easier "saving throw."
I think that, considering all the things you lose out on for focusing on magic resistance, it's pretty fair that they can just up and at 'em. They will be mostly effective until someone puts in a little prep, though (back row, etc).
